What is Msgai?
Msgai is a Meta-verified WhatsApp Business API platform built for India. We help businesses send broadcasts, build chatbots, automate customer journeys, and run multi-agent inboxes — all on the WhatsApp, Instagram, and RCS channels.
How long does WhatsApp API setup take?
Most teams are live within 1–2 hours via Meta Embedded Signup. You'll need a Meta Business Account, a phone number not currently registered with WhatsApp, and basic business verification documents.
Do I need a developer to use Msgai?
No. Most workflows are no-code: visual flow builder, drag-and-drop chatbots, broadcast scheduler, template designer. Developers can use our REST API for custom integrations.
Is there a free trial?
Yes. 14 days, full feature access, no credit card required. Sign up at app.msgai.in/signup.

How much does WhatsApp API cost on Msgai?
Three plans: Starter ₹999/mo, Growth ₹2,999/mo (most popular), Business ₹7,999/mo. All in INR. Quarterly and yearly billing available with discounts. Per-message rates pass through from Meta.
What are the per-message conversation rates?
Indian numbers: ₹1.090 per Marketing conversation, ₹0.145 per Utility, ₹0.145 per Authentication. Service replies (within 24h of customer's last message) are unlimited and free. Business plan gets volume pricing: ₹0.860 / ₹0.130 / ₹0.130.
Can I change plans later?
Yes. Upgrade anytime from your dashboard with prorated billing. Downgrade takes effect at the next renewal cycle.
What payment methods are supported?
Razorpay, Zoho Payments, PhonePe, PayU — all major Indian payment gateways. UPI, cards, netbanking, wallets all supported. GST-compliant invoicing via Zoho Books.
Are there hidden charges?
No. Plan price + per-message rates (passed through from Meta) are everything. We're transparent — see /pricing for full breakdown.

Which payment gateways are supported?

Can I connect my CRM?

Do you have a public API?

Is Msgai compliant with Meta's policies?
Yes. We're a Meta-verified Business Solution Provider (BSP). All messaging adheres to Meta's WhatsApp Business policies, template approval, and rate limits.
Where is customer data stored?
Customer data is stored on encrypted ScyllaDB clusters in India-region data centers. Encryption at rest and in transit. Audit logs for every action.
Is it GDPR/DPDP compliant?
Yes. We comply with India's Digital Personal Data Protection Act (DPDP) and GDPR for EU contacts. Data subject rights (access, delete, export) supported.
